These Terms & Conditions govern your use of primeplater.com and the services offered by Prime Plater, including reservations, private dining, takeaway collection and gift vouchers. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Private dining bookings are confirmed only after a deposit is received. Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Deposits, minimum spends and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any event-specific terms will be included in your written quote.

Our menu changes with the seasons, and dishes may sell out because we prepare food fresh every day. Prices shown on our website are in Taka and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown on the menu at the restaurant on the day of your visit. Applicable VAT and service charge are shown on your bill. Photographs on this website are for illustration and dishes may look slightly different when served.

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, fish and shellfish. Although we take great care, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. You must tell our team about any allergy or intolerance before ordering. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own discretion after discussing their needs with us.

We want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable. We reserve the right to refuse service, or to ask guests to leave, if their behaviour is abusive, unsafe or disruptive to others. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to our property.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost. A voucher may be used towards food and drink at the restaurant; any remaining balance stays on the voucher until it expires.

All text, logos, designs and other content on this website belong to Prime Plater or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

We take reasonable care to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Prime Plater is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws in force where Prime Plater is registered, and any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over our registered address.
